Our story
The bouillon, a Parisian invention.
Born in the 19th century to feed Paris fast and well, the bouillon has never changed its promise: honest cooking, served without fuss, at a price everyone can afford.
FiFi was the house cat: he watched over the dining room for fifteen years. The place bears his name as a tribute - that’s him on our sign.
At FiFi, we carry it on our own way. Eggs mayonnaise and beef bourguignon sit alongside burrata and truffle macaroni; the service never stops between lunch and dinner; and the bar stays open long after dessert.
